I Can't believe how fast Merrilee was able to rent my just vacated property. She had it rented in one week!!! It would have been helpful if someone from her office would have gone over the first monthly report with me to understand how it all worked. However I was able to figure it all out.

I have been renting with Safeguard since July of 2019. They have been courteous and professional at every contact we have had with them. Service requests have been handled quickly. They have an easy to use app to pay rent/deposits, and to sign documents as well as submit service requests. They are a top notch company to rent from, so I am assuming they treat the property owners just as well. I would use their services again both as a tenant and as an owner if the need arises. Update with new info: I moved out of Utah in July of 2021, which ended my contract with Safeguard. They were timely and fair with returning my deposit. I would highly recommend this company if you are a tenant. They were attentive and timely.
