Safeguard Property Management is a great company to rent from. They do everything in their power to fix any issues we have with the house. They are also urgent and courteous.

Safeguard Property Management has been managing my rental house for nearly 8 years now and I never had a thought to switch them. I've been relying on them for selecting tenants, taking care of minor repairs, doing annual inspections and maintenance. I'm really happy with Safeguard's services and Merrilee has been always very professional and responsive. She always responds to my requests within a day and never neglects any of my questions. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend Safeguard's services.

Merrilee at Safeguard Property Management has been a delight to work with. We needed to rent out our home for 2 years. She was very thorough in explaining the process and walking us through everything to prepare. Even when we had a change in plans she has helped us through it all. She knows her stuff!

I Can't believe how fast Merrilee was able to rent my just vacated property. She had it rented in one week!!! It would have been helpful if someone from her office would have gone over the first monthly report with me to understand how it all worked. However I was able to figure it all out.

I have been very happy with the services of Safeguard Property Management. They are far superior to the past 3 management companies I hired previously.

Safeguard Property Management has been managing my rental house for almost 7 years now. They've always been very responsive and helpful. If there's an issue with a tenant or the house, Merrilee always handles it professionally. If I have a request, if she can't respond immediately, she always gets back to me at the end of the day or the next day latest. Overall, I'm really happy with their service. I can depend on her and her office staff.

I have been renting with Safeguard since July of 2019. They have been courteous and professional at every contact we have had with them. Service requests have been handled quickly. They have an easy to use app to pay rent/deposits, and to sign documents as well as submit service requests. They are a top notch company to rent from, so I am assuming they treat the property owners just as well. I would use their services again both as a tenant and as an owner if the need arises. Update with new info: I moved out of Utah in July of 2021, which ended my contract with Safeguard. They were timely and fair with returning my deposit. I would highly recommend this company if you are a tenant. They were attentive and timely.

I am so glad I decided to switch to Safeguard Property Management. Merrilee has put in the time and effort to make sure my rental property is successful. Her service is so much better than my previous manager who cost me thousands in lost income. Thank you Merrilee.

I'm a Utah transplant and my original housing plans fell through as I was moving out here. By chance and timing I found my current apartment, and it was meant to be! I have consistently been pleased with Safeguard and their staff, especially Merrilee and the building managers. I'm very pleased to be a long-term resident!
